Role Overview

We are looking for a part time Affiliate Manager who is excited to help grow our affiliate and influencer program. In this role, you will work closely with the Director of Marketing to build and manage partnerships that drive brand awareness, qualified traffic, and affiliate driven revenue.

This role is ideal for someone with hands-on affiliate marketing experience, a strong interest in tactical gear, survival, and emergency preparedness, and a desire to contribute to a mission driven company.


Employment Type

Part time, approximately 20 hours per week


Work Location

This position may be structured as remote, onsite, or hybrid, depending on the qualifications, experience, and location of the selected candidate. Work location expectations will be confirmed prior to hire.


Work Schedule

Hours will be scheduled based on business needs and may be flexible, provided performance expectations and collaboration requirements are met.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and recruit new affiliates, partners, and influencers in the tactical gear and preparedness space
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing affiliates to maximize engagement and performance
  • Develop and execute affiliate promotions and campaigns that drive results
  • Monitor and optimize affiliate performance, content quality, and conversion metrics
  • Track affiliate revenue growth and provide regular reporting and actionable insights
  • Manage multiple priorities independently in a fast paced, goal oriented environment
  • Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing to support overall business objectives
  • Maintain reliable communication, availability, and follow through
  • Occasional travel may be required, approximately 5 percent

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of two years of experience managing affiliate programs or similar partnership based roles
  • Proven ability to build partnerships and drive affiliate or partner revenue
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skill

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience or strong interest in tactical gear, CBRN, survival, or emergency preparedness markets
  • Military, law enforcement, or first responder background is a plus but not required

This role involves regular collaboration with internal teams and external partners. The work environment may vary depending on work location and business needs.
