Job Overview
We are looking for a Social Media Specialist to help execute our content strategy, manage daily social media activities, and engage with our audience. This role is ideal for someone who is creative, detail-oriented, and eager to grow in digital marketing. The perfect candidate enjoys writing, content creation, and staying up-to-date with social media trends.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Publishing
- Assist in creating and scheduling engaging social media posts (text, images, videos) by using AI tools.
- Research and curate relevant content to share on our social channels.
- Help maintain a consistent brand voice across all platforms.
- Ensure all content aligns with best practices for Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
Community Engagement
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and brand mentions in a timely manner.
- Engage with followers by liking, commenting, and sharing relevant content.
- Support customer service efforts by escalating issues when needed.
Social Media Management & Analytics
- Assist in tracking performance metrics, such as engagement, reach, and follower growth.
- Help analyze social media trends and report insights to improve strategy.
- Stay updated on new social media trends and platform updates.
Qualifications & Skills
✔️ At least 2 years of experience managing social media accounts (internships or personal brand management counts!).
✔️ Familiarity with social media management tools.
✔️ Strong writing skills with attention to detail.
✔️ Basic knowledge of photo/video editing for social media is a plus!
✔️ Passion for social media, content creation, and audience engagement.
