As we continue to expand our reach, we are seeking a talented and driven Account Manager to join our team and oversee the management and scaling of our distributor partner network.

Position Overview:

This is a remote position open to US-based employees only! 

As the Affiliate Manager for our affiliate partner network, you will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our affiliate partners. You will be responsible for driving growth, maximizing sales opportunities, and ensuring the overall success of our partner network. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a proven track record of effectively managing partner relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit and Onboard Affiliates: Actively recruit and onboard new affiliate partners, making regular phone calls to ensure smooth integration and support.
  • Manage Affiliate Relationships: Serve as the primary point of contact for affiliates, maintaining strong relationships and providing ongoing support through frequent phone communication.
  • Collaborate with Sales/ Marketing Teams: Work closely with the Sales team to align affiliate strategies with sales goals, using phone calls to keep both teams in sync and drive revenue growth.
  • Analyze Performance and Market Trends: Monitor affiliate performance, market trends, and competitor activities, using phone discussions with affiliates to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop Sales Programs for Affiliates: Create and implement sales programs that drive product adoption and revenue, ensuring programs align with the Sales team’s objectives.
  • Conduct Performance Reviews: Regularly call affiliate partners to review performance, address challenges, and suggest improvements to increase sales.
  • Report on Sales and Metrics: Provide regular phone updates and reports to internal teams on affiliate performance, sales forecasts, and market insights.
  • Resolve Issues and Ensure Alignment: Act as the point of contact for resolving issues between affiliates and internal teams, ensuring alignment with sales objectives through proactive phone communication.
  • Stay Current on Industry Trends: Keep up with industry developments and trends, using phone conversations with affiliates to gather insights and stay competitive.
  • Represent the Company: Attend events, trade shows, and meetings to promote the brand, making phone calls to network with potential partners and expand affiliate sales.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years account management, business development, or B2B sales.
  • Experience in managing and growing a distributor partner network, with a track record of achieving sales targets and business objectives with 1MM+ annual quota. 
  • Experience with CRM software.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with partners and attend industry events.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred OR 4 years of relevant experience in lieu of a college degree.

Salary:
$75,000 base + uncapped commission
