Position Overview:

We're seeking a passionate and experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in shaping our company's culture and talent strategy. As a strategic partner to leadership and employees, you'll lead initiatives that foster employee engagement, drive performance, and ensure compliance with HR best practices.


What You’ll Do:

  • Recruitment:
    • Manage a full recruitment life cycle
    • Proficient in managing high-volume recruitment through an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), handling over 100 applications during peak periods.
    • Skilled at crafting personalized and informative responses to applicants and department managers via email (managing 100+ daily) and phone calls, leveraging strong active listening and communication skills.
  • HR Operations & Compliance:
    • Ensure adherence to all local and federal labor laws and regulations.
    • Develop, implement, and maintain effective HR policies and procedures.
    • Oversee the efficient administration of HR processes, leveraging technology solutions for optimal performance.
  • Employee Relations & Engagement:
    • Collaborate with managers to cultivate strong leadership skills, address performance concerns, implement recognition programs, and boost overall employee engagement.
    • Partner with employees and management to provide expert guidance and interpretation of HR policies.
    • Effectively resolve complex employee relations issues, conducting thorough and impartial investigations when necessary.
  • Strategic Initiatives & Data-Driven Insights:
    • Partner with leaders and stakeholders to analyze data and trends, inform HR strategy, and develop impactful solutions, initiatives, and policies.
    • Work collaboratively to create and implement HR programs that align with business objectives and contribute to achieving strategic goals.
  • Talent Development:
    • Design and implement onboarding programs that ensure new hires have a smooth transition and feel valued from day one.
    • Partner with managers to identify and address training and development needs, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience in a Human Resources role, preferably with demonstrably successful leadership experience.
  • Experience in HR-related technologies and a willingness to learn new systems.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Experience with JazzHR, Monday.com, Rippling, or similar tools.
  • Required onsite at our Cedar Park location 5 days/week from 9am to 6pm Central Time
