Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Sales Leadership:

    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
    • Monitor market trends and identify new opportunities to expand the customer base.
    • Build and manage relationships with key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Team Management:

    • Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team.
    • Set clear performance goals and provide ongoing coaching and feedback.
    • Foster a collaborative and results-driven team culture.
  • Sales Operations:

    • Analyze sales data and metrics to optimize performance and identify areas for improvement.
    • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and product teams to align sales initiatives with overall business objectives.
    • Ensure accurate forecasting and reporting of sales activities.
  • Customer Engagement:

    • Develop deep knowledge of MIRA Safety’s product portfolio to effectively communicate value propositions.
    • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
    • Represent MIRA Safety at industry events, trade shows, and conferences as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of proven experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Experience in e-commerce, safety equipment, or a related industry is a plus.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience managing and selling into a channel partnership
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and develop actionable strategies.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho).
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and adaptable to changing priorities.

Preferred:

  • Prior CBRN (chemical, biological, radiological and nuclear) specialist experience;
  • Prior military or law enforcement experience. Veterans/current military: provide DD-214 or statement of service;
  • Tactical gear market experience or at a minimum, a strong interest

Salary Range
$85,000 base + bonus
